Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a USA|Assembler 1 to join their team. As a USA|Assembler 1, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** USA|Assembler 1

**Location:** Charlotte, NC

**Pay Range:** $21-$22 per hour

Shift: Mon-Fri 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

+ Assemble components and parts according to schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports.

+ Deburr and clean parts using pneumatic tools to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Read and interpret technical documents to incorporate various deburring and cleaning processes.

+ Collaborate with supervisors or engineers to plan and review work activities, resolving production issues efficiently.

+ Explain deburring processes, procedures, or techniques to fellow team members to promote best practices.

What's Needed?

+ Six months to 18 months of experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.

+ Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and work orders.

+ Proficiency with pneumatic tools for deburring and cleaning parts.

+ Strong communication skills to confer with team members and supervisors.

+ Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
