Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections, is seeking a Poll Worker Specialist to join their team. As a Poll Worker Specialist, you will be an essential part of the election support team, ensuring smooth and efficient voting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to public service, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Poll Worker Specialist

**Location:** Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $18/hr

What's the Job?

+ Assist voters with the voting process, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience

+ Set up and prepare polling stations prior to voting hours

+ Verify voter identification and registration details accurately

+ Maintain the security and confidentiality of voting materials and processes

+ Support election officials in managing polling station operations and resolving issues as they arise

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

+ Strong organizational skills and reliability

+ Willingness to work on election days and adhere to all safety protocols
