Experience / Education

+ · Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in packaging or related manufacturing

• Experience with SQF / Food Safety Programs required

• Strong in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Primary Responsibilities

+ Document daily performance reports by preparing and analyzing production data

+ Must be skilled with managing and directing employees daily, shift size is up to 25+ employees

+ Oversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics, work with conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practioner, Production Manager, Maintenace Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager

+ Attention to detail is required, Supervisor oversees all traceablity paperwork and ensures product is documented accurately

+ Correct and report any unsafe conditions

+ Train all employees on your shift

+ Maintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and maintain the lowest possible labor/overtime costs

+ Review and calculate employee timecards daily, via Paychex system

+ Provide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human Resources

+ Write and issue performance evaluations

+ Willing to work a line to help the team
