Experience

+ Must have minimum 3+ years of experience with mid to small size companies

+ Must have proficient computer experience, for example, Microsoft Suite products

+ Document daily performance reports by preparing and analyzing production data

+ Verbal and written communication

+ Must be skilled with managing and directing employees daily, shift size is up to 25+ employees

+ Oversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics, work with conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practioner, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager

+ Forklift Experience

+ Attention to detail is required, Supervisor oversees all traceability paperwork and ensures product is documented accurately

+ Correct and report any unsafe conditions

+ Train all employees on your shift

+ Maintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and maintain the lowest possible labor/overtime costs

+ Provide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human Resources

+ Write and issue performance evaluations

+ Willing to work a line to help the team
