    We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team in the Sage Construction and Real Estate (CRE) business unit. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction software product management delivering new products to market.

     

    Experience working with software products tailored for the construction industry or with accounting software products is preferred. This role requires a general understanding of the construction industry's needs and challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    What You’ll Do

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy and Vision:

    o Analyze and evaluate relevant current product capabilities

    o Perform competitive analysis / research into other applications’ capabilities

    o Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and validate product ideas

    o Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on strategic direction, customer and partner feedback, business goals, and market demands

    • Product Development:

    o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other product managers and engineering staff, to deliver a high-quality construction management solution

    o Write user stories and requirements that are necessary for the engineering organization to implement new product features

    • Customer Satisfaction:

    o Provide support to sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction

    o Analyze user feedback and data to optimize product usability

    • Project Management:

    o Use Confluence to document product information, collaborate with team members, and maintain a central repository of product knowledge.

    o Utilize Atlassian's Jira to manage and track product development bugs, stories, epics, and releases.

    • This is a hybrid role – You’ll work three days per week in our Beaverton office.

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Requirements:

    • Degree in business accounting, engineering, computer sciences or related fields preferred

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Product Management, Accounting or Financial SaaS software

    • Construction industry/accounting experience preferred

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
