    Maintenance Supervisor – 1st & 2nd Shift | Lebanon, PA

     

    We’re partnering with an **A+ Food Manufacturing client** to add two experienced **Maintenance Supervisors** to their growing team. This facility offers a great culture, excellent stability, and strong long-term advancement potential.

    Available Shifts

    + **1st Shift:** 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    + **2nd Shift:** 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians in a fast-paced food production environment.

    + Oversee all facility and equipment maintenance to ensure safety, reliability, and uptime.

    + Build and maintain proactive PM schedules using **MPulse CMMS** .

    + Coordinate repairs, inspections, and contractor work for electrical, mechanical, and utility systems (including boilers, refrigeration, and HVAC).

    + Partner closely with Operations to meet production goals and drive continuous improvement.

    + Maintain compliance with **LOTO** , **GMPs** , **SOPs** , **HACCP** , and safety standards.

    + Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across parts, process, and energy usage.

    What You’ll Bring

    + 3+ years of maintenance supervision in **manufacturing**

    + Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills

    + Hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

    + Proficiency with **Microsoft Office** and CMMS software (MPulse preferred)

    + High School Diploma or GED required; **Technical degree or certification preferred**
