Position Overview

The Field Representative II supports daily operations across one or more Managed Services (MS) locations. Responsibilities may include copy production, mail center operations, receptionist duties, audio/visual support, and administrative tasks. This role also supports regional MS services during implementation, covers for absences/vacations, and assists with new account startups. The position is responsible for operational objectives across customer sites within a geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist with new MS site implementations.

+ Support Site Manager/Supervisor with process improvement suggestions.

+ Help train new and existing employees.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation and branding materials.

+ Collect data for Monthly Management Reports.

+ Order supplies (paper, toner, etc.) as directed.

+ Perform mailroom functions including:

+ Processing incoming/outgoing mail

+ Mail fulfillment (sorting, filing, packaging, shipping)

+ Filing and labeling documents

+ Shipping and receiving (including moving boxes/equipment)

+ Provide courier services for mail and copy jobs (on-campus and offsite).

+ Assist in the Copy Center, including binding, laminating, and finishing tasks.

+ Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

+ Coordinate work assignments to meet deadlines and service goals.

+ Manage RICOH Center operations in the absence of Site Manager/Supervisor.

+ Lead or participate in Daily Huddles.

+ Perform front desk receptionist duties.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma required.

+ 6–12 months of related work experience.

+ Valid, violation-free driver’s license and reliable transportation.

+ Minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy.

+ Experience operating mailroom and bindery equipment (e.g., shrink-wrap, paper cutter, postage meter).

Skills & Abilities

+ Ability to use and troubleshoot mailroom equipment.

+ Strong organizational skills.

+ Effective communication and customer service skills.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

+ Office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels.

+ Ability to interpret and apply complex instructions and data.

+ Physical effort may include:

+ Standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

+ Pushing/pulling equipment (up to 400 lbs.)

+ Walking between buildings

+ Moderate dexterity required (e.g., keyboard, hand tools, coordination).
