Our client, a leading organization in inventory management solutions, is seeking a VMI Specialist to join their team. As a VMI Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Customer Service and Solutions teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** VMI Specialist
**Location:** Orange County, Inland Empire, Los Angeles,
San Fernando Valley
Pay Range: $25/hr
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm
What's the Job?
+ Provide on-site customer service support including order replenishment and product put away
+ Maintain solutions equipment and ensure standards are upheld
+ Collaborate with sales and business development teams to promote solutions and drive growth
+ Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained and log daily activities in Salesforce
+ Support safety compliance and repair/maintain vending solution equipment to company standards
What's Needed?
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ Experience in inventory management or customer service preferred
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
