             Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Production Support Engineer Senior to join their team. As an Production Support Engineer Senior, you will be part of the technical support team supporting high-volume transaction processing applications and upcoming technology initiatives like cloud migration. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Support Analyst Duration: 9+ months (Highly possible to extend) Job Description Summary We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to provide **technical production support** for high-volume transaction processing applications, products, and platforms. The role involves **deploying customer care applications** , supporting **cloud migrations** , and ensuring the stability and performance of multi-tier architecture systems. Must-Have Qualifications + **Education** : Bachelor’s degree required + **Experience** : + Minimum **10 years** of software development experience using **C#, .NET** , and/or **Java** technologies + At least **3 years** of hands-on experience with **cloud platforms** + Strong understanding of **multi-tier architecture applications** + Proficiency in **Web Services** (SOAP and REST) + Solid grasp of **network concepts** + Experience with **ServiceNow** for Incident, Case, Problem, and Change Management + Familiarity with **monitoring tools** such as **Splunk** and **Dynatrace** + Scripting skills in **Python** , **PowerShell** , and **Linux/Unix Shell** for automating middleware maintenance Good-to-Have Skills + Knowledge of **FTP concepts** + Experience with **Control-M** or similar scheduling tools If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
