Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated Assemblers / Molding Operators to join their team. As an Assemblers / Molding Operators, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and packaging of class II medical devices for distribution worldwide. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembler or Molding Technician
Pay Range: $14.50-$16.50
**Shift:** Days 7:00am-7:0pm or Nights 7:00pm-7:00am
What's the Job?
+ Assemble and package class II medical devices following all manufacturing instructions and procedures
+ Inspect products for particulate, defects, and silicone contamination
+ Assemble jackets to plungers and perform inspections on assembled components
+ Place assembled barrels into preformed trays for packaging
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure quality standards
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing or assembly roles
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent
+ Ability to work 12 hours shifts Days or Nights
+ Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
+ Good communication and teamwork abilities
