    Typical daily duties:

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

    + Coordinate expedited and in-house orders with production supervisors and customers

    + Maintain and update department spreadsheets

    + Track Work-In-Progress (WIP) and lead times

    + Generate WIP reports using QuickBooks

    + Create and send formal quotes to customers

    What we're looking for:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Excellent verbal. written communication, and organizational skills

    + Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

    + Intermediate computer proficiency and keyboarding skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    + Self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
