Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Charlotte) to join their team. As a Senior Technical Program Manager (Charlotte), you will be part of the Data Management and Transformation Department supporting global data projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Coordinate and manage data lifecycle management projects and data product executions on a global scale to enhance the organization's data-driven capabilities.
+ Collaborate closely with business and functional leadership to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams worldwide.
+ Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects and programs, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
+ Communicate project outcomes, manage risks, and provide visibility into project health to stakeholders and leadership.
+ Oversee financials, resource planning, and facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams to meet organizational goals.
What's Needed?
+ 10-12 years of experience delivering Agile software development projects in a complex environment.
+ Proficiency in project management tools such as GPP, PPRT, or PCM.
+ Strong expertise in enterprise change standards, financial management, and project oversight.
+ Experience partnering with technology leaders and architects to ensure solution alignment with strategic goals.
+ Knowledge of Agile principles and experience with JIRA software.
