Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Charlotte) to join their team. As a Senior Technical Program Manager (Charlotte), you will be part of the Data Management and Transformation Department supporting global data projects. What's the Job?

+ Coordinate and manage data lifecycle management projects and data product executions on a global scale to enhance the organization's data-driven capabilities.

+ Collaborate closely with business and functional leadership to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams worldwide.

+ Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects and programs, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.

+ Communicate project outcomes, manage risks, and provide visibility into project health to stakeholders and leadership.

+ Oversee financials, resource planning, and facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams to meet organizational goals.

What's Needed?

+ 10-12 years of experience delivering Agile software development projects in a complex environment.

+ Proficiency in project management tools such as GPP, PPRT, or PCM.

+ Strong expertise in enterprise change standards, financial management, and project oversight.

+ Experience partnering with technology leaders and architects to ensure solution alignment with strategic goals.

+ Knowledge of Agile principles and experience with JIRA software.
