    Summary

    Join our team as a Field Service Technician! We’re looking for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll support our grow-out plant lab operations by collecting blood and fat samples and perform basic lab tests.

    Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    + Collect blood and fat samples from farms

    + Perform basic lab tests

    + Record and report test results accurately

    + Provide excellent customer service to farmers and internal teams

    + Maintain lab equipment and supplies

    Minimum Education

    + High School or equivalent beneficial but not required

    Experience Preferred

    + Six months of steady work history is preferred

    + Experience in protein processing/manufacturing preferred

     

    Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

    When in this environment:

    + Work is performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes in temperature and humidity

    + Exposure to dust, feathers, and strong odors

    + Work involves standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods
