Description
We are looking for a Program Manager to join the E-Commerce Business Team. E-Commerce Program Managers owns key programs and projects to drive critical business inputs to Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh’s e-commerce channels such as channel strategy, selection, catalog, inventory, pricing, capacity, and fulfillment. Program Managers lead program definition and execution of key E-Commerce workstreams in partnership with merchandising, marketing, operations, finance and technology.
Owns key programs and projects to drive critical business inputs to Whole Foods Market’s e-commerce channels with emphasis on the topology and deployment of emerging programs. Drives programmatic improvements and best-in-class customer experience. Leads program definition and execution in partnership with merchandising, marketing, operations, supply chain finance and technology. Monitors the online grocery industry, providing thought leadership and innovation to drive the evolution of grocery ecommerce at Whole Foods Market and Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
• Executes assigned E-commerce programs and projects
• Identifies and recommends optimizations for program execution based on competitive analysis, customer insights, customer feedback, and assessment of business results.
• Develops program-specific tactics and goals to achieve business and customer engagement objectives.
• Leads execution of programs, including:
o Managing timelines
o Managing budgets
o Program status communication
• Ensures / develops weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for Ecommerce programs.
• Identifies reporting requirements and ensures access to program-related data
• Partners with marketing analytics to assess metrics / dashboard and identify key performance insights.
• Maintains awareness of Ecommerce trends, developments, and best practices.
• Provides coaching and mentoring for new TMs.
• Serves as a resource on WFM capabilities and captainships.
• Informally shares appreciation and feedback to improve the performance of others.

• Understands the WFM product mix, supply base, and retail operations.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
