Are you excited to be at the heart of Alexa's IoT and AI innovations? We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the leadership team that powers the world's largest IoT installation and most trusted AI assistant. This is more than just a support role – you'll be the organizational force behind a team that manages over 1 billion connected endpoints and enables millions of daily Alexa interactions worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
You'll drive the productivity of our leadership team, enabling them to innovate. You will::
• Be the master orchestrator of multiple executives' calendars, ensuring our leaders can focus on what matters most
• Create seamless travel experiences through domestic and international travel coordination
• Bring your creativity to life by planning and executing: memorable team events, team meetings, leadership offsites, and strategic planning sessions
• Organize and prepare materials for leadership meetings and presentations
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
• Drive operational excellence through your program management skills, keeping our team running smoothly and efficiently
A day in the life
You'll proactively manage a diverse range of responsibilities including:
Calendar & Meeting Management
• Expertly handle complex scheduling requirements for multiple executives
• Drive effective meeting management through detailed agendas and follow-up
• Track and help ensure completion of key deliverables
• Coordinate with other EAs to optimize leadership scheduling
Team & Space Operations
• Serve as a key liaison between leadership and their direct reports, and other EAs
• Lead the planning and execution of team activities including: All-hands meetings, Off-sites, Team building event
• Manage office space planning and optimization
Travel & Administration
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Process expense reports and reimbursements efficiently
Culture & Collaboration
• Build strong partnerships with other EAs and leaders across the organization
• Foster a positive work environment
• Contribute to team culture and engagement
About the team
Alexa Connected Devices team's mission is to design, build, and operate core horizontal services that power Alexa—the world's largest IoT installation and most capable, efficient, and trusted AI assistant. We deliver core capabilities enabling Alexa to connect, discover, set up, manage, and interface with over 1 billion connected endpoints (Echo, FireTV, Smart Home, Mobile, and Apps).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- - Experience with work space planning/management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
