    Accounting Analyst - Onsite

    Purpose

     

    The Accounting Analyst is responsible for monthly journal entries and account reconciliations, with a primary focus on accounts receivable. This role will prepare and maintain financial statements, research accounts, analyze financial records, and oversee daily receivables activities.

     

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 *** based on skills and qualifications

     

    Bonus Incentive: 6%

    Responsibilities (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned).

     

    + Supports timely monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all operational management accounts.

    + Assists in providing schedules and commentary with respect to operating maintenance accounts results and variances, and with the production of working capital, cash-flow reports, as well as applicable commentary.

    + Maintains and updates records and reports for profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets.

    + Perform daily accounts receivable operations including invoice processing, credit adjustments, claims handling, and portal updates.

    + Develops financial reports upon management request by gathering and analyzing account data, identifying trends, and summarizing key insights to support decision-making

     

    Education & Experience

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

    + 1-3 years of experience, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or similar industry.

    + Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

    + Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.

    + Experience in audit accounting

    + Knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles in the U.S.) a plus.

     

    Licenses & Certifications: Certified Public Accounting (CPA), preferred.
