             Accounting Analyst - Onsite Division: Finance / Manufacturing Reporting to: Accounting Manager Level: Entry/ Mid-level Position Travel:0% Purpose The Accounting Analyst is responsible for monthly journal entries and account reconciliations, with a primary focus on accounts receivable. This role will prepare and maintain financial statements, research accounts, analyze financial records, and oversee daily receivables activities. Responsibilities (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned). + Supports timely monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all operational management accounts. + Assists in providing schedules and commentary with respect to operating maintenance accounts results and variances, and with the production of working capital, cash-flow reports, as well as applicable commentary. + Maintains and updates records and reports for profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets. + Perform daily accounts receivable operations including invoice processing, credit adjustments, claims handling, and portal updates. + Develops financial reports upon management request by gathering and analyzing account data, identifying trends, and summarizing key insights to support decision-making Education & Experience + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. + 1-3 years of experience, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or similar industry. + Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). + Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures. + Experience in audit accounting + Knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles in the U.S.) a plus. Licenses & Certifications: Certified Public Accounting (CPA), preferred.
