Position Summary: Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Coordinator, Football Creative - Boca Raton, FL. Reporting to the Football Chief of Staff, the Coordinator, Football Creative will have the opportunity to impact the athletics department by providing graphic designs, photography, the production and editing of highly creative videos that highlight the Florida Atlantic football program and its student-athletes. This position will engage recruits, fans, and tell the story of FAU Football to a variety of audiences. Summary of Responsibilities: + Produce and assist in implementation of photography, design and creative direction of all recruiting, marketing and social media materials for the football program. + Design and produce high-quality creative content pieces that communicate a coordinated and detailed football brand strategy to a broad audience in many different media formats. + Produce quality content that promotes team activities, training, recruiting and gameday. + Meet quick turnarounds and deadlines. + Provide insight to push department forward with emerging trends in social, digital media, as well as in-venue entertainment. + Successfully manage multiple projects concurrently, while meeting project budget and deadlines. + Coordinate student and internship workers to assist in content creation and archiving. + Performs job-related related duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach, Chief of Staff, and Football Recruiting Director + Collaborate with athletics department staffs in marketing, communications, ticketing, Playfly and Paradise Club, to help promote sales and other external initiatives for social media, including brand awareness, special events and sponsored content. + Remain relevant with digital and social media standards, trends and technology and evaluate emerging technologies and platforms with a goal of implementing strategies as appropriate. + Adhere to guidance from the Deputy AD/Brand & Communication on appropriate use of the Florida Atlantic visual brand. + Assist in photo and video shoots for videoboard, social media and recruiting needs. + Maintain a creative calendar to assist with production timelines and scheduling. + Assist with design and creation of environmental branding projects for football. + Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
