    Online Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), deliver engaging instruction using digital tools, and collaborate with families and support staff to ensure student success. Key Responsibilities:

     

    + Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs.

    + Deliver instruction through virtual platforms, adapting teaching methods as needed.

    + Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback.

    + Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators to support student development.

    + Maintain compliance with privacy and online safety regulations.

    + Participate in virtual meetings and professional development

    + Experience with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, CANVAS, Edgenuity, Google Classroom).

    + Strong communication and organizational skills.

    + Ability to engage and motivate students in a remote setting.

    + Ability to travel to support student learning needs or proctor assessments (occasionally)
