Position Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Online Auction Review Specialist to help ensure the quality and accuracy of our online auctions on CTBids.com. This work-from-home role is an important part of our team, supporting the success of each sale by reviewing listings, checking details, and helping create a smooth experience for both our clients and bidders. If you enjoy organization, consistency, and contributing to a meaningful mission, we would love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

+ Review auction lots and provide feedback on missing details (e.g., dimensions, model numbers, etc.).

+ Crop and edit photos to ensure items are centered, clear, and visually appealing.

+ Write or refine detailed, engaging lot descriptions.

+ Identify and recommend standout items to feature in auctions.

Qualifications

+ Proficient with computers and be able to learn our online platform CTBids.com

+ Reliable computer and internet connection required.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Excellent organization and time management skills; able to handle multiple tasks.

+ Self-motivated and efficient in a remote work environment.

+ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

+ Must reside in the Tampa Bay area.

Preferred Skills:

+ Knowledge of art, antiques, vintage, or collectibles is desirable.

+ Basic photo editing or photography experience.

The Team Member position is part-time on an as needed basis with no guaranteed hours. This is a perfect fit for any individual who would like to make extra income but does not require a consistent work schedule.
