    Responsibilities

    The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) works under the delegation of the CNS and/or aligned nurse administrator to collaboratively improve the quality of patient care and promote desired patient outcomes in a designated population/specialty practice (Radiology and Interventional Radiology specialty practice and Department of Nursing.)

     

    This role is eligible for TN sponsorship. Holders of F1 status eligible for post-completion OPT are welcome to apply. This role is NOT eligible to participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program. Successful sponsorship will require state licensure and completion of the VisaScreen or equivalent certification.

    Qualifications

    This role will provide support to the **Department of Radiology, Interventional Radiology, and other initiatives led by the Director of Nursing (DON)** .

    Qualifications:

    + Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program. Master's degree preferred.

    + Three years of successful work experience in nursing.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient needs and CRN workload.

    + Two years in the specialty area preferred.

    License and Certifications:

    + Current RN license by applicable state requirements. This RN job may require a RN license in multiple states.

    + The CRN must be actively enrolled in a CNS education program with certification and APRN license anticipated completion within 5 years.

    + Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs: American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers), Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers), Military Training Network. Additional specialty certification/training as required by the work area.
