    Selections Coordinator – Residential Builder

    Salary Range: $35,000–$50,000 (commensurate with experience)

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and personable Selections Coordinator to join our team and help guide clients through the exciting process of customizing their new home.

    What You’ll Do

    As our Selections Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and project managers, ensuring that every design choice is made on time and accurately documented. Your role will be essential in keeping projects on track and clients informed.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Coordinate with clients to guide them through the selection process for finishes, fixtures, and materials

    + Collaborate with Project Managers to establish and monitor selection deadlines

    + Accurately enter all client selections into our online project management system

    + Assist Project Managers with client communication and coordination throughout the build process

    + Ensure all selections are approved and finalized in alignment with construction timelines

    What We’re Looking For

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    + Tech-savvy with experience using project management software (or a willingness to learn)

    + A proactive mindset and attention to detail

    + Previous experience in residential construction or design coordination is a plus

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35000.00 - $50000.00/hr.
