             Job Title: Project Manager Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects ranging from $5 to $20 million. This role is essential to ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities + Oversee project budgets and provide monthly financial updates with forecasts + Manage contracts, purchase orders, and change orders from development through execution + Review and process accurate monthly billing statements + Monitor gross profit targets and take proactive steps to meet financial goals + Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion + Implement QA/QC procedures to identify and resolve issues early + Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and uphold quality standards + Enforce safety protocols through consistent site inspections and adherence to safety plans + Maintain strong client communication and lead weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings + Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, and design teams + Mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and strengthen subcontractor partnerships + Collaborate with internal departments including Estimating and Business Development + Participate in client presentations and interviews Qualifications + 10+ years of experience in General Contracting (GC) or Construction Management (CM) + Proven success managing projects over $5 million + Proficiency in Procore or similar project management platforms + OSHA 10 certification + Strong technical skills in construction engineering and tools such as Bluebeam + 15+ years of overall field experience preferred + Experience managing projects up to $20 million Work Environment This is a site-based role with flexibility for remote work as needed.
