    Job Title: Clinical Project Manager AssistantJob Description

     

    We are seeking a Clinical Project Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team. The primary role of this position is to support the management of clinical trials by performing a variety of research and administrative duties. This role is crucial as we expand our portfolio with new studies and continue to uphold our reputation in the industry.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform independent duties involved in the collection, documentation, and compilation of clinical research images and data.

    + Assist in assigning reader grading tasks and filing study documents.

    + Distribute site initiation forms and track certification of site technicians.

    + Track submission of images and functional tests for grading.

    + Communicate with sites, sponsors, and CROs regarding study specifics and image issues.

    + Assist with study startup and site certification activities.

    + Track, confirm, and document receipt of all images and functional test materials.

    + Manage certification reader assignments and assist with all other reader assignments as needed.

    + Respond to data queries appropriately.

    + Prepare materials for and perform data QC Review, including reconciliation and reconciliation verification.

    + Perform data entry, source document verification, filing, and other clerical duties as requested.

    + Assist all staff members as necessary to meet the needs of various studies.

    + Attend group meetings and study conference calls as needed.

    + Provide coverage for assigned studies when the Project Manager is unavailable, including time-sensitive activities.

    + Help train new staff members.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ years of experience within clinical research highly preferred, but not required.

    + 2+ years of experience with administrative support.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills, good judgment, flexibility, adaptability, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize work assignments.

    + Flexibility in work assignments and ability to effectively multitask.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in clinical research is preferred.

    + Ability to learn new programs and enjoy multitasking.

    Work Environment

    This position is 100% remote; however, candidates must be located in North Carolina and close enough to our campus in Durham for onsite training or occasional in-person meetings. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The initial assignment is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to apply for permanent vacancies, providing a favorable work-life balance with 40-hour work weeks.     This is a Contract position based out of Durham, North Carolina.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.61 - $26.00/hr.
