    Job Title: Construction Superintendent

    Job Description

    Our Operations team is seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to lead our construction crews in Richmond, Virginia. As a key connection between workers and supervisors, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, focused on safety, and able to direct with confidence.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate construction operations and supervise workers at construction sites.

    + Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met.

    + Coordinate construction work according to priorities and plans.

    + Manage heavy civil projects, including site work and road work.

    + Utilize Top Con or Trimble for shooting grades.

    + Maintain quality control and ensure large site grading experience.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years' experience as a superintendent.

    + Experience with heavy civil projects such as site work and road work.

    + Proficient in using Top Con or Trimble for shooting grades.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with environmental construction is a plus.

    + Stream restoration experience.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, Virginia.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
