    We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects focused on power distribution, lighting systems, low-voltage systems, and electrical equipment management. This role requires a deep understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations, as well as expertise in the installation and control of electrical systems.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee the construction of power distribution systems, ensuring efficient electricity flow from the main source to outlets, lights, and equipment.

    + Supervise the installation and control of both interior and exterior lighting systems.

    + Coordinate the installation of low-voltage systems, including fire alarms, security systems, and data cabling.

    + Oversee the management and distribution of electrical power through panels, transformers, and switchgear.

    + Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.

    + Lead multiple projects with budgets ranging from $5 to $10 million, including a significant $250 million electrical project for a new data center.

    + Utilize MS Project and MS Office for project planning and execution.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial electrical projects.

    + At least 2 years' experience leading projects, preferably in large commercial or complex electrical settings.

    + Proficiency in project management, construction management, and electrical construction.

    + Strong understanding of electrical systems and management.

    + Experience with design, installation, testing, and commissioning.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with MS Project and MS Office.

    + Strong communication skills.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Sparks, Nevada.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $78250.00 - $122250.00/yr.
