    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing detailed estimates for various construction projects, including soccer stadiums, arenas, and renovation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.

    Responsibilities

    + Prepare estimates by calculating statistical data such as quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man-hour, and equipment costs.

    + Define and quantify the scope of work and prepare comprehensive conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates.

    + Review and research historical data to compile summary reports for future estimates.

    + Work on projects involving soccer stadiums, arenas, and renovation/masterplans.

    Essential Skills

    + 10+ years of estimating experience

    + Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering

    + Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office

    + Experience within estimating stadiums, arenas, and sports training facilities

    + Must be able to work with cross-functional teams

    + Client-facing experience

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + PMP certification

    + PE certification

    + Experience in architectural, structural, and civil estimation

    + Experience in project management, construction management, and commercial construction

    + Experience with Revit

    + Open to candidates who have worked on similar projects 5-7 years ago

    Job Type & Location

    REMOTE!!!!! Weekly pay, PTO & paid holidays, full benefits package offered, etc.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $90.00/hr.
