    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Quality Assurance** **Inspector** to join our project team in Stuarts Draft, VA. The inspector will be responsible for performing visual inspections, ensuring product quality, and working collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of accuracy and safety.

     

    This is a **hands-on position** requiring focus, good eyesight, and commitment to attendance and performance. Candidates must be ready to start **immediately** and have all required PPE.

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct visual inspections of products or materials to ensure compliance with quality standards

    + Identify and report any defects, damages, or irregularities

    + Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow

    + Follow all site safety rules and quality protocols

    + Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results as required

    + Communicate promptly about issues or concerns that may impact production or quality

    Requirements:

    + Ability to start **immediately** (Monday, [insert start date])

    + Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

    + Strong attention to detail and good eyesight

    + Ability to work in a team environment

    + Must follow all safety and dress code requirements listed below

    Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

    + **Steel toe shoes**

    + **Safety glasses**

    + **Orange safety vest**

    Dress Code:

    + Fitted trousers or jeans in good condition (no tears, stains, or excessive wear)

    + No athletic wear, sweatpants, or gym clothing

    + Plain or non-offensive graphic T-shirts only; shirts must be tucked in

    + Belts with minimal metal exposure (metal areas must be covered or taped)

    + Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied back securely

    + Beards must be groomed and secured for safety

    + No facial piercings; only stud-style earrings (maximum of two per ear)

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
