Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for a **Business Analyst** in **Oakbrook, IL (Hybrid)** . **Pay Rate:** $55 per hour

Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings

Develop and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to support business needs

Collaborate with business analysts and data analytics team members to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions

Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows

Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Clean Energy Solutions initiatives

Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce features and processes

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements

Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features or improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field

2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred)

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security

Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and AppExchange solutions

Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce

Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

**Pay Details:** $55.00 per hour
