    Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative

     

    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a dedicated **Customer Service Representative** to support patient care coordination. In this vital role, you’ll connect with healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and delivery of medications.

    **Location:** Onsite in Irving, TX (must live within 2 hours)

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST

    **Pay Rate:** $16.00-$18.00/hr. (based on experience)

    What You’ll Do

    • Answer inbound calls and assist patients and healthcare providers with prescription coordination.

    • Schedule initial and refill shipments of medications accurately.

    • Maintain detailed and compliant patient records.

    • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure quality care and timely service.

    • Follow HIPAA and company compliance standards.

    • Perform additional administrative and support tasks as assigned.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 1+ year of call center experience (healthcare background preferred).

    • Typing speed: 30+ words per minute.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Reliable transportation to attend onsite work and training.

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
