We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Licensed Counselor to provide virtual outpatient behavioral health services to individuals across Arizona. This role allows you to serve your community from the comfort of home—while remaining connected to a highly collaborative and supportive team. About the Role As a Licensed Counselor, you will empower clients on their recovery journey through: • Facilitating virtual group therapy sessions • Providing individual telehealth counseling services • Creating, implementing, and evaluating client-centered treatment plans • Completing timely, accurate electronic documentation • Supporting team members and contributing to quality care initiatives • Ensuring clients remain fully engaged in their treatment goals Every day brings a new opportunity to encourage resilience and positively change lives—while enjoying the flexibility that comes with a remote role.
