Adecco is currently assisting a National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician position in San Antonio TX.
Must have active Pharmacy Technician License in State of TX
This position is responsible for researching and screening orders, accurately and efficiently reading, interpreting, and entering prescriptions into the computer system in a timely fashion, and/ or thinking through and solving escalated prescription issues. Technicians will direct questionable prescriptions to the prescriber for clarification, enter incomplete prescription information once clarification has been obtained, and complete appropriate described patient letter. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer solutions needed to help simplify the customer health care experience. Areas of focus for Pharmacy Technicians may be entering patient and prescription information into our system, and faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. To help support development and maximize workflow, you will be asked to perform other pharmacy functions as required.
- Contractor must be onsite for the first 8 weeks of the assignment.
Remote Flexibility:
- After 8 weeks, remote work may be considered based on performance and manager approval.
The anticipated wage for this position is 16.27. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

**Pay Details:** $16.27 per hour
