             About the Role We’re looking for an energetic and personable **Recruiter** to join our team and help us attract, interview, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is a people-person who thrives in face-to-face interactions, excels at networking, and can represent our company’s values and culture in every conversation. This role is **on-site** and requires daily interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Key Responsibilities + Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. + Conduct in-person interviews and recruiting events to attract qualified applicants. + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. + Attend local job fairs, networking events, and community gatherings to build a strong talent pipeline. + Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). + Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. + Assist with pre-employment checks, offer letters, and new-hire paperwork. + Promote the company’s culture and employment brand within the community. Qualifications + Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or HR coordinator (1–3+ years preferred). + Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable conducting in-person interviews and presentations. + Ability to multitask and manage several openings at once. + Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). + Knowledge of local job market and community resources is a plus. + High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. Education + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
