    Position Summary

    We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused **Customer Service / Logistics Specialist** to support our calibration and asset management operations. This role combines logistics coordination, customer service, and hands-on shipping and receiving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving to customer sites, managing equipment logistics, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Drive to customer locations twice weekly to pick up or drop off equipment.

    + Ship and receive instruments, including those collected during customer visits.

    + Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory using internal systems.

    + Provide outstanding customer service both in person and via digital communication.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

    + Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.

    + Perform general clerical duties and other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

    + Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or customer service, and invoicing.

    + Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is a plus.

    **Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
