    Production Associate – Medical Supply Manufacturing

    **Location:** Stuarts Draft, VA

    **Pay Rate:** $18.25 -$19.25 per hour

    **Schedule:** 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (12-Hour Shifts) Day and Night Shift Avail.

    Job Summary:

    Adecco is currently seeking reliable **Production Associates** to join a leading manufacturer of sterile medical supplies in **Stuarts Draft, VA** . These positions are available for both **day and night shifts** . Associates will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting general manufacturing processes in a clean, controlled environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate machinery to produce sterile medical and wound care products

    + Perform visual and quality control inspections to ensure all products meet company standards

    + Follow established safety, sanitation, and production procedures

    + Support line operations and perform light to moderate lifting as needed

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent (verification required)

    + Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

    + Must pass a pre-employment **10-panel drug screen** and **background check**

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
