             Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and closeout of Maintenance Reserve (MR) projects across university campuses. Acting as an owner's representative, the Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of capital renewal and infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with university standards and requirements. Responsibilities + Oversee and manage a portfolio of capital renewal and infrastructure improvement projects. + Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to university standards. + Act as an owner's representative during the planning, execution, and closeout phases. + Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. + Manage budgets greater than 5 million and handle change orders and RFIs. + Utilize project management software to track project progress and deliverables. Qualifications + 5 years of commercial construction experience. + Experience with renovation projects. + Strong knowledge of construction methods, project delivery processes, and building systems. + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, eBuilder, or similar). + Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. + Experience in project engineering and construction documentation. + Familiarity with mechanical and commercial construction practices. Work Environment This role offers a hybrid work environment, with 60% of the time spent in the office and 40% working from home. The position involves utilizing various technologies and equipment to efficiently manage projects across multiple campuses. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $100000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
