Bring ideas to life through design. We’re seeking a Junior Level CAD Designer to join our engineering team in Owensville, Missouri. This is a fantastic opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience, contribute to real-world product development, and grow under the guidance of a supportive Engineering Manager.

What You’ll Do

+ Assist in designing and developing engineered products from concept to completion.

+ Translate conceptual ideas into detailed CAD models and high-quality production-ready designs.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and manufacturability.

+ Work closely with the Engineering Manager, receiving mentorship and training to accelerate your growth.

What You Bring

+ Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

+ Familiarity with manufacturing processes, engineering principles, and product development.

+ Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

+ Associate’s degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.

+ Creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.

Bonus Skills

+ Experience with machining or working with materials such as wood, metal, vacuum forming, injection molding, blow molding, steel stamping, and forming.

+ A keen eye for design and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
