    Job Title: Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in mechanical and plumbing construction. This role is responsible for ensuring the overall profitability and successful execution of various projects, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure the profitability of projects by managing timelines and requirements.

    + Complete billing, change orders, and collections in a timely manner for each project.

    + Keep management informed about project issues.

    + Review job costs, job status, manpower, and change order reports to provide monthly analysis.

    + Conduct regular job cost reviews to accurately reflect project profitability and status.

    + Communicate and troubleshoot with project superintendents and construction managers.

    + Coordinate manpower and equipment for each job.

    + Oversee the buyout process, job closeouts, and project change orders.

    Essential Skills

    + HVAC

    + Project management

    + Construction management

    + 3+ years of mechanical and/or plumbing construction experience

    + 3+ years of Project Management experience

    Work Environment

    The work environment requires collaboration with construction managers and project superintendents. You will coordinate manpower and equipment, and oversee various project stages. Regular reviews and updates are part of the routine to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

     

    Full medical, dental, and vision insurance provided. Ability to contribute to 401k as well.

    This is a fully onsite position in Dayton,OH.
