    Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob Description

     

    The Lab Technician will play a crucial role in performing tests and analyses within the lab environment. This position involves retrieving finished products from the mill and conducting chemical reagent testing, sifting, and analysis. The Lab Technician will also be responsible for documenting results using a computer database and programmable logic controller (PLC).

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct chemical reagent testing and analysis on finished products from the mill.

    + Perform sifting and other lab techniques to ensure quality control.

    + Document test results accurately within the computer database and PLC systems.

    + Maintain high standards of lab techniques and processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in lab testing and analysis techniques.

    + Experience with quality control processes.

    + Ability to perform Excel data entry.

    + Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Industrial experience in a Lab Technician role or an Associate's Degree in sciences.

    + Flexibility with working schedules, including weekends.

    Work Environment

    The Lab Technician will work primarily within a lab located in an industrial milling facility. This position requires flexibility to work the 3rd shift, from 10pm to 6am.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
