    **Shift:** Sunday – Thursday, 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

    **Pay Rate:** $21.60/hr

    Job Overview:

    A large distribution facility is seeking dedicated warehouse workers to join their repack department. This team plays a vital role in preparing parts for shipment to clients across multiple states. The facility operates with a strong team-oriented culture and values reliability and precision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Unpack bulk items and repackage them into smaller, client-ready boxes

    + Label and palletize boxes for shipment

    + Maintain a stationary position while performing repetitive tasks

    + Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals

    + Adhere to strict attendance policies

    + Be flexible with overtime (start an hour early or stay an hour late as needed)

    Required Skills:

    + Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (including entry-level roles at companies like Amazon or FedEx)

    + Proficiency with RF scan guns/scanners

    + Ability to lift 20–30 lbs

    Preferred Skills:

    + General warehouse operations experience

    + Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    Dress Code:

    + Steel-toe shoes

    + Jeans without holes

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $21.60/hr.
