Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Temp to Hire

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in a manufacturing warehouse environment located in Westbrook, ME. This temp-to-hire position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting where you will play a key role in managing inventory and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload materials and products in the warehouse.

+ Verify quantities and scan products in and out of inventory.

+ Resupply multiple departments with necessary materials.

+ Transport finished goods back to the warehouse.

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are stored properly.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or material handling setting.

+ Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks.

+ Strong communication and basic math skills.

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with inventory systems.

+ Experience in food manufacturing.

+ English communication skills.

Work Environment

The facility in Westbrook employs about 120 people, with approximately 80 involved in production. The work environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Employees should wear shoes and jeans, with hair nets and smocks provided. Shifts typically start between 6am and 7am and finish around 3pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westbrook, Maine.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
