Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? We’re hiring Electromechanical Assemblers** to help manufacture high-quality products that make a real impact. What You’ll Do + Assemble electronic and mechanical components using schematics and documentation. + Operate test equipment and perform accurate part counts. + Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance. + Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principles. + Apply lean manufacturing techniques to improve processes. + Document non-conformances and support continuous improvement. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. What You Bring Required: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience in mechanical and electromechanical assembly. + Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electronic assembly equipment. + Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and follow detailed instructions. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to write engineering change requests. Preferred: + Soldering experience. + Familiarity with cleanroom environments. + Inventory picking and cycle counting experience. + Packaging experience for large instruments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
