Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications. You will perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce parts per blueprints and specifications.
+ Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as needed.
+ Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
+ Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of CNC operation experience.
+ 2+ years of experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
+ 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Familiarity with CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Mazak).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in machining and machine shop environments.
+ Knowledge of tooling and axis operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
