Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team on a 3rd shift schedule. This role primarily involves reactive maintenance with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems. You will work with equipment such as plastic extrusion machines, palletizers, wrappers, grinders, and rolling conveyors. The shift operates from 7PM to 7AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and rewire 480V electrical systems.

+ Maintain and repair supply cabinets ranging from 24V D.C. to 480V.

+ Troubleshoot and repair VFD and drive controls.

+ Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair, including hydraulics and pneumatics.

Essential Skills

+ Industrial 480V troubleshooting experience.

+ Industrial mechanical maintenance expertise.

+ Proficiency in low voltage systems (24V to 480V).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and climate-controlled, providing job security and opportunities for growth. The role requires working on a 3rd shift schedule from 7PM to 7AM on a rotating 2-2-3 basis.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vandalia, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
