    Material Handler

    $25/hr |

    **Location:** Elk River

    Schedule:

    + Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday

    + 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    Job Overview:

    We’re hiring a Material Handler to support construction and production operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a hands-on environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Load and unload materials

    + Operate basic hand and power tools

    + Follow instructions from supervisors and tradespeople

    + Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying

    + Maintain safety standards

    + Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory

    + Pull inventory for assembly

    + Use ERP systems

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of experience in a labor or general construction role

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

    + Ability to work assigned production schedule

    + Experience with Straddle Carrier or Tractor (John Deere) is a plus

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
