**Location:** Buffalo, NY

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

**Pay:** $17-18+/hr

We’re hiring a **Paint Line Operator** to join a growing team in a **brand-new, well-lit, and climate-controlled facility** . This position offers **full benefits** and the chance to grow within a stable, forward-thinking company.

_What You’ll Do_

+ Load paint and select programs for manual and automated spray systems

+ Prepare paint line and load correct powder coating colors

+ Ensure consistent product quality and proper coating thickness

+ Monitor paint inventory and communicate restocking needs

+ Clean equipment and work area between jobs or at shift end

+ Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

+ Perform basic preventative maintenance

+ Collaborate with team to improve efficiency and reduce waste

_What You Bring_

+ Experience in powder coating and automated spray systems

+ Familiarity with paint prep and inventory management

+ Ability to use mechanical and hand tools

+ Strong attention to detail and physical capability (lift 50+ lbs, stand/reach throughout shift)

+ Comfortable working on ladders and using spray guns

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
