             Job Title: Lead Cleaner Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Lead Cleaner responsible for the final cleaning scope at a significant data center construction site. This role involves ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained throughout the facility. Responsibilities + Wipe down server racks to maintain cleanliness and prevent dust accumulation. + Sweep, mop, and dust the facility to ensure a sanitary environment. + Work comfortably at heights as required. + Lead and manage the cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Essential Skills + Experience in commercial or industrial construction sites. + OSHA 30 certification. + Forklift certification. + Proficient with cleaning, housekeeping, and sanitizing tasks. + Ability to operate a scissor lift or boom lift. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Any prior cleaning experience, ideally in a commercial or industrial setting. + Janitorial or sanitation experience is preferred. + Customer service experience with customer interaction. + Experience with buffers or cleaning equipment is a bonus. Work Environment The role offers two shifts: First Shift from 7AM to 3:30PM, and Second Shift from 2PM to 10:30PM, Monday through Friday. Employees are required to wear jeans and steel toe boots, with all other PPE provided. The team will wear white suits at the site, ensuring a professional and safe work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, Ohio. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
