             Description -Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical components for numerous types of manufacturing equipment, including variable speed motors, VFDS, Micromaster drives, encoders, contractors, relays, and related software programs. -Electrical problem-solving with control wiring and board repairs as needed and able to use all electrical measurement devices and mechanic tools. -Read and interpret equipment operation and parts manuals, electrical schematics, and can perform computer tasks related to work. -Adhere to all safety programs and policies -Day to day troubleshooting, repair and installation of low and high voltage (single, three phase) industrial electromechanical and control systems for utility and production equipment -Provide technical support and plant leadership for equipment troubleshooting and equipment modifications -Ability to install, wire and maintain relays, photo-eyes, limit switches, proximity switches, solenoid valves, motors, starters, VFDs, PLC I/O modules, analog control devices, safety circuits, etc. -Perform both uptime and down time preventative maintenance in adherence to the master PM schedule -Perform corrective maintenance work orders -Work independently in finding, troubleshooting and repairing problems -Be familiar with PLC s and Control circuits -Be able to identify I/O points on schematics and locate the associated I/O point on the PLC -Assist with system startups and operational checkouts on systems including configuration, wiring, calibration, grounding and power testing -Interface and communicate with equipment operators and maintenance staff to ascertain problems with equipment -Design and layout circuits, install fixtures, wiring conduits, motors, and other electrical equipment/components -Writes procedures, work instructions, and work orders and maintains records of repairs -With QA and Safety and others as appropriate, assists in execution of action plans in relation to health and safety and assures the highest levels of compliance -Must be willing to Train new and junior employees within the department. -Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules, etc. -Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, etc.) -Responsible for monitoring and following all food safety and quality procedures -Responsible to follow security protocol and report any suspicious activity and/or security violations -Performs other duties and special projects as directed by supervision -Ability to understand mechanized equipment as well as the dangers associated with them -Displays appropriate work ethics in the workplace and group settings which provides a positive influence -Able to stay focused in a loud working environment -Supervises assigned personnel and develops subordinates through strong leadership skills and participation in their individual development plans -Understands the management of Quality Systems and is familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices which help ensure the safety within the workplace and the production of a safe and quality product(s) Skills Repair, Preventive maintenance, Troubleshooting, Mechanical, Electrical, industrial, blueprint, 3 phase, automation, electrical troubleshooting, instrumentation, industrial maintenance, plc troubleshooting, Conveyer, Motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, maintenance technician, service, plc control, installation, hand tool, maintenance repair, electrical maintenance, conveyor system Top Skills Details Repair,Preventive maintenance,Troubleshooting,Mechanical,Electrical,industrial,blueprint Additional Skills & Qualifications Electro-Mechanical Technician x1 ($40.77hr) Maintenance Technician III x2 - ($37.68hr) First Shift 6:00AM-6:30PM: Week 1 (Thursday-Sunday) Week 2 (Friday- Sunday) Third Shift 6:00PM-6:30AM: Week 1 (Thursday- Sunday) Week 2 (Friday- Sunday) Maintenance Supervisor x1 - 3rd shift ($40.77hr) Experience Level Entry Level Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO! This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production systems. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: + Troubleshoot and repair low and high voltage (single and three-phase) electromechanical and control systems. + Diagnose and replace electrical components including motors, VFDs, drives, encoders, relays, and control boards. + Read and interpret electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and perform computer-based tasks. + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance according to the master PM schedule. + Install and maintain PLC I/O modules, analog control devices, safety circuits, and other automation components. + Support system startups, configuration, calibration, and operational checkouts. + Communicate effectively with operators and maintenance staff to resolve equipment issues. + Design and install circuits, wiring, and electrical components. + Maintain accurate records of repairs, procedures, and work orders. + Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and quality protocols including SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards. + Train and mentor junior maintenance staff. + Participate in safety initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications: + Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, mechanical systems, and industrial automation. + Experience with PLCs, control circuits, and identifying I/O points on schematics. + Proficiency with hand tools, electrical measurement devices, and mechanical repair tools. + Ability to work independently and stay focused in a loud, fast-paced environment. + Familiarity with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and instrumentation. + Understanding of food safety and security protocols. + Excellent work ethic and leadership skills.
