             Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our warehouse team as a Material Handling Associate. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. You’ll be responsible for helping move, organize, and prepare materials for shipment while learning to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Responsibilities + Use a sit-down forklift to unload trucks and stock shelves (training available) + Pick and pack items using a pick sheet and scan gun + Stack products on pallets for shipment + Assist with general warehouse cleanup and organization + Follow written instructions and meet quality standards + Safely move materials by hand or using equipment like pallet jacks and hoists + Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time + Work in different areas of the warehouse as needed Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED required + Forklift certification preferred but not required (we can help you get certified) + Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team + Good attendance and safety record + Comfortable lifting and moving materials throughout the day + Basic computer or spreadsheet skills a plus Skills + Forklift operation (sit-down) + Material handling + Picking and packing + Use of pallet jacks and scan guns + Unloading and organizing inventory Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
