    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing all machinery across various buildings. Your duties will include inspecting air compressors, installing new pumps, performing oil changes, and providing maintenance in emergency situations.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance and repairs on all machinery across different buildings.

    + Conduct inspections of air compressors and perform necessary maintenance tasks.

    + Install new pumps and ensure their proper functionality.

    + Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks.

    + Respond to and resolve maintenance emergencies promptly.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-3 years of maintenance experience.

    + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical maintenance.

    + Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

    + Experience with HVAC systems and PLC control.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Some electrical experience is required.

    + Must be able to work independently with little supervision, especially on the 3rd shift.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is set in a self-reliant and independent environment. The position is primarily for the 3rd shift from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with flexibility in start and end times as needed. You will have the opportunity to pick up to 10 hours of overtime after 90 days and will initially train on the 1st shift for 90 days.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
