    Job Title:** **General Laborer

    **Location:** DeWitt, Iowa

    7AM-3:30PM

    Overview

     

    We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team at our DeWitt, Iowa facility. As the busy season approaches for our saunas and hot tub departments, we are looking for individuals to support our detailing and quality control operations. This is a great opportunity to learn our products and processes while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist in the detailing and quality department to ensure product standards are met.

    + Safely lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet or move throughout the facility for up to 8 hours daily.

    + Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting.

    + Transition between the saunas and hot tub/spas departments as needed.

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 6 months to 1 year of experience using hand and power tools.

    + Ability to operate a table saw and perform basic woodworking tasks.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow customer-specific instructions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience in woodworking or similar trades.

    + Forklift certification.

    + Ability to identify errors and maintain high-quality standards in product detailing.

    Work Environment

    + Small shop setting with varying conditions: warmer in summer, cooler in winter.

    + Casual dress code (shorts and t-shirts permitted); closed-toed shoes required.

    + Facility includes departments for saunas, spas, installs, detailing, and spraying/coating.

    + Warehouse located in DeWitt; retail store located in Bettendorf.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
